N-叔丁氧羰基-L-高丝氨酸的合成

Synthesis of N-tert-Butoxycarbonyl-L-homoserine

摘要 以L-天冬氨酸为原料,经过甲酯化、氨基保护、水解和还原几步反应合成N-叔丁氧羰基-L-高丝氨酸。与目前已有路线相比,现提出的路线简单且产品纯化较为方便。产物结构经1H-NMR证实。 N-tert-butoxycarbonyl-L-homoserine was prepared via methyl esterification, amino protection, hydrolyzation and reduction of L-aspartic acid. This route is simple and the purification of products is more convenient compared with current synthesis routes. The structure of pr(ntuct was confirmed by ^1H-NMR.
