摘要
为了更好地解决含碳酸盐铁矿石磁选精矿的浮选问题,进行了添加分散剂的直接反浮选新工艺试验研究。研究结果表明,添加分散剂可以削弱碳酸铁对反浮选带来的不利影响,获得品位为66.26%、回收率为70.23%的铁精矿,流程结构较为简单。
a new flotation technology of refractory introduced in this paper to solve the flotation problem iron ore concentrate of magnetic separation was of iron ore concentrate of magnetic separation containing carbonate. The results showed that a new simple flotation technology by adding dispersant could weaken the negative influence of iron carbonate on flotation, by which we could obtain the iron concentrate with grade of 66.26 % Fe, at recovery of 70.23% Fe.
