影响国产钕系顺丁橡胶耐裂口增长性能的因素 被引量:3

Influence factors of crack growth resistance of domestic neodymium-based cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber

摘要 针对混炼方式、炭黑种类及填充量、硫黄与促进剂配比、与天然橡胶或乳聚丁苯橡胶并用等因素对钕系顺丁橡胶(NdBR)耐裂口增长性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,混炼方式会在一定程度上影响NdBR的耐裂口增长性能。炭黑填充量增加,NdBR的耐裂口增长性能下降;加入白炭黑可明显改善NdBR的耐裂口增长性能。使用具有较大基团的促进剂DZ及提高硫黄与促进剂的配比均有利于改善NdBR的耐裂口增长性能。NdBR与天然橡胶或乳聚丁苯橡胶并用可不同程度地改善其耐裂口增长性能。 The effects of mixing mode, kind and amount of carbon black, mass ratio of sulphur to ac- celerator and blending with natural rubber and emul- sion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber on crack growth resistance of neodymium-based cis-1,4-poly- butadiene rubber(NdBR) were investigated. The re- suits showed that the mixing mode had effect on crack growth resistance of NdBR to a certain extent. The crack growth resistance of NdBR decreased with increasing carbon black but evidently increased when white carbon black partially replaced carbonblack. Using accelerator DZ with bigger group and increasing mass ratio of sulphur to accelerator were favourable for improving the crack growth resistance of NdBR. And blending NdBR with natural rubber or emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber could improve the crack growth resistance of NdBR to different extent.
