摘要
1987年,对贵州高原粳稻及改良矮杆粳稻的研究表明,高原粳剑叶较矮秆粳长、宽,叶面积和比叶重也较大,但品种间变异较小;这些性状由微效多基因控制,但个别组合的剑叶宽及比叶重由一两对主基因与数目不等的修饰基因共同控制;在F_1代,各性状优势不甚明显,除比叶重外,高亲有部份显性作用,F_1代剑叶的长度和面积与中亲值相关极显著,遗传力高低的顺序依次为:剑叶宽→剑叶长→剑叶比叶重→剑叶面积,但选择的预期结果以剑叶的长度较好。
The length, width, area, specific leaf weigth of flag leaf of Guizhou plateau local keng rice were bigger than semidwarf keng rice. Genetic analysis of Guizhou plateau local keng rice and semidwarf keng rice indicated that length, width, area and specific leaf weigth of flag leaf of Guizhou plateau local keng rice were quantitative characters controlled by polygene, but the width and specific leaf weight were controlled by two major genes and modifying facters altogether in one combination. mentioned above was weak, having an expressing with partal dominance of big calue parents except specificleaf weight of flag leaf. Correlation coefficient
of length and area of flag leaf of to the mean value of the parents was very significant. As to the results of heritability estimates, the heritability of width of flag leaf was most high, followed by legth, specific leaf weight and area of flag leaf. But response to selection of flag leaf lenth was rater better.
