摘要
文中为政府港口安全管理提出了一种新型的综合管理模式,结合现阶段港口安全管理所面临的新挑战,分析了虚拟组织的概念、特点,及其在政府港口安全管理中所展现的优越性,并提出构建政府港口安全管理虚拟组织的具体方案。
A new comprehensive management mode is proposed for government port safety management. Based on the new challenges to the port safety management at present, the paper analyzes the concept and characters of the virtual organization, as well as the superiorities of the virtual organization in government port safety management. A specific plan is proposed for establishing the virtual organization in government port safety management.
