摘要
选聘高校毕业生到村任职,是加快社会主义新农村建设的现实需要。吉林省"大学生村官"计划的实施取得了很大成效。本文通过调查吉林省"大学生村官"的基本情况,发现了村官工作存在的一些问题,并提出了对策建议。
Hiring college graduates to serve the village is the practical needs to accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside. The implementation of the selection of village officials among college graduates has made great achievements in Jilin Province. This paper will discuss the problems appeared in the work of selecting village officials among college graduates in Jilin Province and put forward some proposals.
