摘要
在粉煤灰砼空心砌块的基础上,采取分体成型的方式,与聚苯乙烯保温层插接复合,研制出一种新型自保温墙材产品——粉煤灰混凝土复合保温砌块.砌块受力主体块采用湿排粉煤灰,掺量达到45%~50%;砌块构造完全阻断了砌块混凝土筋、肋及砂浆的热传导通路(热桥).砌块具有保温隔热性能好,保温层厚度可任意调节,成品率高,投入模具少,生产效率高,生产成本低等优点.
A new type of self-insulation wall products named composite thermal insulation block of fly ash concrete Can be developed by utilizing the separate moulding technology to combine the hollow block of fly ash concrete and the insulation layer of polystyrene. The wet fly ash is adopted as the stress main body of the block,and the content can reach 45%-50%. The structure of the block can completely block the heat conduction pathway (heat bridge) of the concrete reinforcement, rib and mortar(heat bridge). The advantages of this new type block encompass good insulation properties, adjustable insulation layer thickness, high rate of finished products,less die needed,high production efficiency and low production cost.
