摘要
目的探讨医院科教科对实习生的德育教育方法。方法从理论上分析职业道德的概念,实践教学中进行职业道德教育,以培养学生专业素质,培养其责任感。结果医学教育的教学过程和医院科教科指导的实践教学是教学活动的重要环节,这个环节正是对医学生进行良好职业道德教育和培养的关键。结论医院科教科要加强对医学生的医德医风教育,培养他们良好的医疗工作作风和崇高的医德修养,树立全心全意为人民服务和救死扶伤的革命人道主义精神,为向社会输送更多的合格的医学人才而不懈努力。
Objective To explore the moral education in Science and Education Section on the interns. Methods Analyzed theoretically the concept of professional ethics, professional ethics, practice teaching students professional quality, to develop their sense of responsibility. Results The teaching process of medical education and hospital practice teaching of Science and Education section guidance is an important part of teaching ac- tivities, it is key to train good professional ethics education for medical students.Conclusion We should strengthen the medical students of medical ethics education, cultivate their good medical work style and high medical ethics training, establish wholeheartedly serve for the people and the revolution to make the humanitarian spirit for the society, to deliver more qualified medical talents and unremitting efforts.
