摘要
目的 :探讨细菌L型临床标本的检出率 ,将特异性强、敏感性高的免疫学技术引入细菌L型检测工作。方法 :用金黄色葡萄球菌 (金葡菌 )及其L型的特异性抗体作为第一抗体 ,以生物素 抗生物素免疫酶染色法在各种临床标本中检测相应抗原。结果 :此种方法简便、快速 ,细菌培养后 6h免疫酶染色即呈阳性 ,并发现金葡菌L型抗体的免疫酶染色与某些革兰阴性菌之间有交叉反应。结论 :如能制备出特异性L型抗体作为第一抗体 ,结合特异、敏感的免疫酶技术 ,可以提高临床标本中细菌L型的检出率及缩短检验时间 ,值得在检验工作中推广。
?Objective:To introduce a highly specific and sensitive immunoenzyme technics for increasing the diagnostic rate of bacterial L forms infection in clinical examination.Methods:Antisera of Staphylococcus aureus and its L forms were used as the first antibody and biotin antibiotin immuoenzyme staining method were used for detecting their corresponding antigen in the specimens.Results:This method was simple and quick.Result could be obtained 6 hours after incubation.But cross reaction was seen between S.aureus L forms and other G - organisms with this method of examination.Conclusions:If specific antiserum of L forms can be prepared for immunoenzyme staining,the diagnostic rate can be increased and time for examination shortened.This is,therefore,a method worth of recommendation.
