摘要
"文化经济"既包括文化产业,也包括文化事业的投入和产出以及大众文化消费,是推动中国经济转型和发展方式转变的最佳选择。由此,拉动文化经济发展的三驾马车是:政府发展文化事业、大众提高文化消费和加大文化贸易出口。文化经济发展的思路主要是围绕民生办文化,建立健全公共文化服务体系;围绕市场办文化,引导促进文化消费;围绕出口办文化,重视扩大文化贸易出口;围绕繁荣办文化,扶持规范文化产业;围绕项目办文化,大力发展新兴文化业态,推动文化经济的发展。
"Cultural Economy" includes culture industry,the input and output of cultural undertakings,as well as popular culture consumption,which is the best choice for China to promote economic restructuring and transformation of economic development patterns.Thus,the three forces to promot economic development are to develop cultural undertakings from the government,to enhance cultural consumption from the public,and to increase cultural trade export.The main idea of cultural economy development involves publicizing culture to the public and establishing and improving the system of public cultural service;publicizing culture to the market,along with guiding and promoting cultural consumption;publicizing culture to exports and emphasizing on expanding cultural exports;publicizing culture for prosperity,supporting and standardizing cultural industry,and promoting the development of cultural economy.
