摘要
项目管理是有关工程技术、管理等方面的综合学科,虽然目前施工企业有着比较成熟的管理经验和管理方式,但是这些经验和理论对于大型的集团化施工企业来说,存在着诸多不适应。该文通过对管理理论的研究以及传统管理模式的探讨,研究了集团化管理在大型施工企业中的应用,以重庆公租房项目为对象,提出了在大集团运作模式下集中管控的思路和相应的管理模式,以实现企业集团管理规范化、整体效益最大化。
Project management is a comprehensive course of engineering and management. Although there are some comparatively mature management experience and manage modes in nowadays construction enterprise, the experience and modes are sometimes unapplicable. Based on the research on management theory and discussion on traditional management modes, the authors study the application of collective management to Large=scale con- struction enterprise and, based on Chongqing public rental housing, propose the idea of collective management under large group operation mode and rel- evant management mode in hope of regulating group management and maximizing overall interests.
