摘要
[目的]研究紫云产线纹香茶菜的化学成分。[方法]运用硅胶柱层析对紫云产线纹香茶菜进行提取分离,然后结合光谱数据与文献资料对提取物的化学成分进行分析。[结果]从紫云产线纹香茶菜中分离得到5个化合物,分别为线纹香茶菜酸(Lophanic acidⅠ)、Gerardianin A(Ⅱ)、Gerardianin B(Ⅲ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅳ)和熊果酸(Ⅴ)。[结论]该方法准确可靠,可用于紫云产线纹香茶菜化学成分的分析。
[Objective] To study the chemical constituents in R.lophanthoides in Ziyun.[Method] R.lophanthoides was firstly extracted by silica gel chromatography,the chemical components of the extracts were then analyzed according to spectral and literature data.[Result] Five constituents were extracted out,and then identified to be Lophanic acid（Ⅰ）,[Conclusion] The method is accurate and reliable,thus it can be used for analyzing the chemical consituents of R.lophanthoides produced in Ziyun County.
