摘要
分析了高校图书馆嵌入式学科服务的动因和定义;高校嵌入式学科服务理念创新与管理机制,包括理念创新顶层设计嵌入式学科服务,协同全馆重组学科团队构建服务保障体系,协调各方嵌入式服务工作制度化,培养职业素质凝聚团队集体精神;分析了嵌入式信息素养教育,嵌入式学术研究两种高校嵌入式学科服务模式。
This paper analyzes motivation and content of the embedded subject services in the University Library.Concept innovation and management mechanisms of the embedded subject services in the University Library including the innovation of concept and top-level design of embedded subject services,collaborative-subject team of Library-wide restructuring to build a service support system,coordination the parties to institutionalization of embedded service work,training professional quality to cohesion collective spirit of the team.Finally,this paper analyzes two kinds of service model that embedded in information literacy education and academic research.
