摘要 肿瘤是危害人类健康的主要疾病之一,近年来,人们发现诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡是更加理想的肿瘤治疗方法。声动力疗法是一种以超声和声敏剂的协同作用为基础的治疗肿瘤的新方法。声动力疗法能够改变细胞的膜结构,破坏细胞骨架以及改变细胞膜电位,导致线粒体膜受损和钙离子通道发生变化,并且上调Bax、细胞色素C、caspase-3、caspase-9的表达,从而促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。 Tumor is one of the major diseases that endanger human health.In recent years,it was found that inducing tumor cell apoptosis is more ideal tumor treatment.Sonodynamic therapy is a promising new technique for killing tumor cells based on the synergistic interactions of ultrasound and sonosensitizers.Studies have shown that sonodynamic therapy can change the structure of the cell membrane,destroy the cytoskeleton and change the membrane potential which induce mitochondrial membrane damage and calcium channel change.It can also raise the expression of Bax,cytochrome C,caspase-3 and caspase-9,thereby promoting tumor cell apoptosis.
