摘要
对大庆油田化工集团表面活性剂生产装置中,中和复配工段所用机泵机械密封泄漏原因进行了全面分析,并对各种泄漏现象以及可能引起泄漏的部位进行说明,同时,对于部分泄漏的处理方法给出了简要的说明。
The comprehensive analysis of the origin of leak of pump＇s mechanical sealing during neutralization and remixing process in the surface active agent production equipment in Daqing Oilfield Limited Company were given, The different leak phenomenon and leak parts were discussed. In the meanwhile, the sealing performance of the upgraded sealing materials was tested, and finally solution to the pump＇s mechanical sealing was given.
