手术治疗进展期胃癌32例的临床分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨进展期胃癌(AGC)手术治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析32例接受手术治疗的AGC患者的临床资料。结果 32例均顺利完成手术,术中均无死亡;术后1周并发腹水1例,切口感染1例,反流性食管炎1例,吻合口排空障碍1例,并发症发生率为12.5%(4/32),经相应对症处理后均好转;术后获随访1～6年,术后1、3、5年生存率分别为71.9%(23/32)、46.7%(15/32)及25.0%(8/32)。结论手术是治疗AGC的有效手段,合理的手术方式、术后消化道重建方式以及围术期辅助治疗有利于提高和巩固手术疗效,降低术后并发症以及改善患者术后生活质量。
