摘要
采用透射电镜 (TEM)观察了草酸溶液中形成的铝阳极氧化膜中纳米级微孔的形貌。并用X射线衍射分析了纳米级微孔内电沉积Fe -Co -Mn合金的晶格结构。用振动样品磁强计 (VSM)测量了纳米级微孔内不同组成下Fe -Co -Mn合金的磁滞回线 ,并分析了Fe -Co -Mn合金中Mn含量的变化对其磁性和垂直磁记录介质特性的影响。
The micro-holes in alumite film anodized in oxalic acid are investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).X-ray diffraction is used to analyze the structure of Fe-Co-Mn electrodeposition alloy in alumite film.The magnetic properties and the perpendicular magnetic characteristic of porous alumite film in which Fe-Co-Mn alloy is electrodeposited are measured by a vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM).
