深基坑土钉墙支护结构的现场测试研究

摘要 结合某深基坑土钉墙支护工程,开展了系列现场测试,包括土钉的应变测试、基坑地表位移测试及基坑土体的变形破坏现象调查等。通过现场测试研究,获得了土钉体在承力过程中的受力特点。并探讨了土钉支护结构在不同土层中的适宜性,为土钉计算设计理论的完善提供了试验资料和分析依据。 Soil nailing support had been widely used in deep excavation step by step as the building scale expanding. But as a new technique the mature design theory and computational method had not formed as yet. This would influence the further developing of the soil nailing support technique. In view of above problem, using in_situ test technique, the strain of soil nailing, displacement up the pit wall and deformation & failure in the ground were test and studied attentively with a deep excavation shoring by soil nailing in Chengdu, China. Many precious primary data about the nail, face wall and fasten soil mass had gained, meanwhile, the practical and efficacious field test method for nail strain was produced in the study. The force_bearing characters of the nail in its bearing process were analyzed and the adaptability of the nail system was discussed in different quality soil. All this gave precious data and analytical according for revising current design and calculation theory in supporting region.
