摘要
目的探讨外伤性骑跨静脉窦硬膜外血肿的手术治疗策略和疗效。方法回顾性分析28例外伤性骑跨静脉窦硬膜外血肿患者的，临床资料，28例患者全部手术治疗，10例采用上矢状窦处保留骨桥，窦两旁开窗或骨瓣开颅血肿清除手术，18例采用跨窦骨瓣开颅血肿清除手术。结果临床结果按GOS分级，良好26例，轻瘫2例。结论外伤性骑跨静脉窦硬膜外血肿预后较好，掌握该病的特点，早期诊断、及时手术是治疗成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the strategy and effect of operative management for epi- dural hematoma straddling sinus. Methods The clinical data of 28 patients with traumatic epidural he- matoma straddling sinus were retrospectively analyzed. All the 28 cases underwent surgical treatment. Ten cases retained the bone bridge of the superior sagittal sinus, the windows on either side of the sinus were opened, or craniotomy was performed to remove the hematoma. Eighteen cases underwent bone flap craniotomy straddling sinus to remove the hematoma. Results The GOS prognosis score was good recov- ered in 26 eases and slightly disability in 2 cases. Conclusions The prognosis of traumatic epidural hematoma saddle sinus is good. It is the key to be successful in treatment to know the characteristics of the disease, diagnose the disease early, and perform operations timely.
