摘要
目前危险天气对航班正常运行影响很大,改航策略可以减少损失.主要研究块状分布危险天气下的改航.首先对块状分布危险天气区域进行描述,同时对危险天气模型进行简化并对其移动曲线拟合,实时精确地确定受限制的区域范围及其移动方向.在考虑飞机性能和飞行员操作负荷的基础上,确定改航点.然后利用机载雷达设备,以最小改航航段的距离为目标,选择改航路径.使用航段距离、转弯角度、转弯点个数、平均侧向偏离距离为指标进行评估,以南京北京航线为例,研究了块状分布危险天气区域下的改航,并进行仿真,验证此方法的有效性.
Since severe weather has great effect on flight nowadays, Rerouting strategy can reduce the loss of abnormal flight. The paper mainly studies the rerouting under block severe weather. In order to know the precise area affected by the e severe weather, the area and its track of movement are first described. Then introducing how to find the rerouting points in view of aircraft performance and pilot's workload .The method gives the best flight course using the minimum objective function value in use of airborne radar. Segment distance, number of rerouting points, heading change and average distance of tide direction are standard to evaluate the rerouting course. Finally, an example about the flight course of Nanking to Beijing is studied .The simulated results show the method is safe, effective and feasible.
