摘要
实践教学体系是保证人才培养规格和质量的关键环节。吉林工程技术师范学院财务管理专业经过多年的实践探索和经验积累,逐步形成以"认识-学习-体验"为路径的"八步三阶段"的实践教学体系。在教学实践中,该体系呈现出"层次化、全方位、多样化、重实效"的特征。
Practice teaching system is the key step for assuring talent cultivation standard and quality.The financial management specialty of Jilin Teachers＇ Institute of Engineering and Technology has gradually formed the practice teaching system of ＂eight steps and three phases＂ that takes ＂knowing-learning-experiencing＂ as the track.The system has the characteristics of ＂stratification,omnibearing,diversification and paying attention to practical effects＂.
