摘要
针对黄河流域水资源过度开发利用及其对河流生态环境造成影响的问题,在整理近几十年黄河水资源利用资料数据的基础上,分析了黄河水资源量、取水和耗水现状及水资源条件的演变,归纳出黄河流域水资源利用存在的问题,探讨了水资源利用对生态环境的影响,并提出了黄河水资源可持续利用的建议。
Over-exploitation of water resources in the Yellow River Basin has lead to a series of ecological and envi- ronmental problems. Based on the data of water resources utilization in recent several decades, this paper analyzes the sta- tus of water resources volume, water intaking, water consumption and the evolution of water resources. And it summari- zes the problems of water resources utilization in the Yellow River Basin. Finally, the impact of water resources utilization on ecology environment is discussed and some suggestions of sustainable utilization of water resources in the Yellow River are put forward.
