摘要
网络的飞速发展和广泛普及,网民数量增多,改变了党的执政环境,深刻地影响着党的公信力建设。深刻认识网络环境下党的公信力建设面临的新机遇、新挑战,积极探索提升党的公信力的对策,对进一步提升党的公信力,构建社会主义和谐社会,具有非常重要的意义。
The rapid development of the Intemet and increase of Internet users have changed the Party＇s ruling envi- ronment and deeply affected the establishment of the party＇s credibility. Inorder to further improve the Party＇s credibility and to bulid a socialist harmonious society, it is of great importance to apprehend the new opportunities and challenges posed by the Intemet and actively explore the measures to enhance the party＇s credibility.
