摘要
机电一体化技术将机械技术和电子技术有机结合在一起,使它们可以发挥出更大的作用。数控技术则利用以数字代码为基本形式的程序指令来控制机电设备的运动速度、工作程序以及运动轨迹等,进而实现操作和控制的自动化。本文以具有代表性的数控车床为例,分析和探讨了机电数控技术的实施及开发的相关问题。
Electromechanical integration technology integrates the machine technology and electronic technology together, so that they can play a greater role. Numerical control technology is to use program instruction whose basic form is digital code to control the velocity, work procedures and trajectories of eleetromechanieal equipment, so as to realize the automation of operation and control. This article takes a representative NC lathe as the case to analyze and discuss the issues related to the implementation and development of electromechanical CNC technology.
