摘要
慢性卡他性中耳炎以中耳积液,鼓膜内陷,增厚,混浊,甚至钙化,导致鼓膜活动度差而引起听力下降,目前临床上中西医尚无理想治疗方法。本院采用自拟通窍利湿方来改善慢性卡他性中耳炎之鼓膜功能收到较好效果。认为慢性卡他性中耳炎证属中医"痰瘀互结"型,通窍利湿方中的丹参、川芎、红花、香附等具有行气化瘀功效,泽泻、木通、茯苓、柴胡则有疏泄利湿之用,所以疗效较佳。从现代医学的角度,阐述了慢性卡他性中耳炎鼓膜功能不良的成因,亦从现代医学角度分析了本方药物的药理作用,分析了本方改善慢性卡他性中耳炎鼓膜功能的可行性和实用性。
the chronic catarrhal otitis media with middle ear effusion,tympanic membrane invagination,thickening,opacity,or calcification,cause tympanic membrane activity caused by poor hearing,at present on clinical traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has no ideal treatment method.Bachelor degree with the self-made Tongqiao drug to improve the chronic catarrhal otitis media with the tympanic membrane function receives the good effect.Think the chronic catarrhal otitis media card belongs to the Chinese' phlegm' type,Tongqiao drug in Chuanxiong safflower,nutagrass flatsedge rhizome,Salvia miltiorrhiza,with promoting qi and removing blood stasis,Alisma,Akebia,tuckahoe,bupleurum,dispersion and use,so the effect is better.In this paper,and then from the modern medical point of view,elaborated the chronic catarrhal otitis media with the tympanic membrane dysfunction in modern medicine,also from angle of the pharmacological effects of drugs,analysis of the improving chronic catarrhal otitis media with the feasibility and practicability of the tympanic membrane function.
