摘要
目的:观察比较补肾复方配伍牦牛鞭对大负荷训练大鼠的抗疲劳作用及机制。方法:将55只SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组(A组)、训练对照组(B组)、补肾训练组(C组)和补肾配伍牦牛鞭训练组(D组),C组与D组分别按照2.7,3.8 g.kg-1.d-1剂量ig给药,同时各训练组进行大负荷游泳训练8周后,检测各组大鼠体重、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素氮(BUN)、肝糖原(HG)、血清睾酮(T)、皮质醇(Cor)、T/C等指标。结果:与A组比较,B组和D组体重降低(P<0.05和P<0.01);与B组比较,D组大鼠BUN、CK降低(P<0.05和P<0.01),HG明显提高(P<0.05),C组和D组有T升高和Cor降低趋势,但均无显著意义;与C组比较,D组大鼠HG显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:补肾复方配伍牦牛鞭后在增加HG含量,降低CK和BUN水平,提高抗疲劳机能方面较配伍前具有优势。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to compare the antifatigue effect of the Kidney-tonifying recipe before and after compatibility with penis of B.gruniens in rats.Method: The total of 55 male SD rats was randomly divided into four groups: control group(A group),training control group(B group),kidney-tonifying + training group(C group,2.7 g·kg-1·d-1),compatibility with penis of B.gruniens + training group(D group,3.8 g·kg-1·d-1).Chang of indices of body weight,hemoglobin content(Hb),creatine kinase(CK),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),liver glycogen(HG),serum testosterone(T),serum cortisol(Cor) and T/C ratio were tested after heavy load swimming training for 8 weeks in each training group.Result: Compared with A group,body weight of B and D group was lower(P0.05 and P0.01);BUN,CK level was lower(P0.05 and P0.01) and HG level was obviously higher(P0.05),T and T/C ratio had upward tendency and Cor had downward tendency,but no remarkable significance in D group compared with B group;HG level of D group was significantly higher than C group(P0.01).Conclusion: Compatibility of the Kidney-tonifying Recipe with Penis of B.gruniens has the superiority in resisting fatigue by increasing HG,decreasing CK and BUN.
