摘要
目的:研究羽叶鬼灯檠药材的质量控制方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法建立了羽叶鬼灯檠药材的HPLC指纹图谱,收集了不同批次的14批样品进行测定,并使用聚类分析和主成分分析对指纹图谱进行了模式识别研究。结果:建立了羽叶鬼灯檠药材的指纹图谱。结论:该方法可用于羽叶鬼灯檠质量控制及综合评价。
Objective：To establish a method for quality control of Rodgersia pinnata.Method： A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to establish the fingerprint of R.pinnata and 14 samples from various batches were analyzed.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis（PCA） were applied to study on HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition method.Result： The fingerprint of R.pinnata was set up.Conclusion：The method could be used for the quality control and comprehensive evaluation of R.pinnata.
