286例髋关节置换术医院感染的预防 被引量：4

摘要 近10年我院共实施髋关节置换286例,仅3例发生术后感染,医院感染发生率为1.05%,与文献报道基本一致,现报道如下。 1重视术前准备工作 1.1术前全身准备术前要求正确评估手术耐受能力,调整患者的全身情况,对患者的临床表现、辅助检查、化验结果进行积极的对症处理,如抗炎、控制血糖,必要的营养支持等,做到各项指标达到手术的最低要求方实施手术,
