摘要
以白杨素为原料,控制磺化温度制得白杨素-6-磺酸钠、白杨素-8-磺酸钠和白杨素-4'-磺酸钠。白杨素-6-磺酸钠与Ag(Ⅰ)作用合成配合物。采用薄层色谱法、红外光谱法、紫外分光光度法及核磁共振谱对白杨素-6-磺酸钠、白杨素-8-磺酸钠、白杨素-4'-磺酸钠和白杨素-6-磺酸银配合物进行分析鉴别及结构表征,并讨论白杨素的磺化机理。
The chrysin was sulfonated,and its three sulfonate derivatives,chrysin-8-sodium sulfonate,chrysin-6- sodium sulfonate and chrysin-4’-sodium sulfonate were obtained under different temperatures.Complex was synthesized by chrysin-6-sodium sulfonate and Ag(I).The structures of chrysin-8-sodium sulfonate,chrysin-6-sodium sulfonate,chrysin-4’- sodium sulfonate and coordination compound were confirmed and analyzed by TLC,IR,UV and ~1H NMR,and the sulfonate mechanisms of chrysin were discussed.
