纤蛇纹石纳米管制备及表征 被引量:2

Preparation and Characterization of Chrysotile Nanotubes

摘要 采用水热合成法成功制备纤蛇纹石纳米管,并通过改变前躯体MgO和活性纳米SiO_2的培烧温度及反应时间等因素得到材料制备的最佳条件,利用XRD、TEM等手段对合成样品进行表征。结果表明:前躯体MgO的焙烧温度、SiO_2的焙烧温度及二者的反应时间等都能影响纤蛇纹石纳米管的合成。在本实验条件下,600℃焙烧得到的MgO和500℃焙烧得到的活性纳米SiO_2在反应时间为48h时合成的纤蛇纹石纳米管结晶完美,分散性好,轮廓清晰、完整,管长200—800nm,最长可达1000nm以上。 The chrysotile nanotubes were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method,and their optimal preparation conditions were obtained by changing roasting temperature of MgO and SiO2 and reaction time,etc factors,and the products were characterized by XRD and TEM.The results indicated that roasting temperature and reaction time of MgO and SiO2 can affect the synthesis of chrysotile nanotubes.Under experimental conditions,the chrysotile nanotubes was perfect crystal with good dispersion,clear and complete outline when the roasting temperature of MgO and SiO2 were respectively 600℃and 500℃reacting for 48h,and the length of chrysotile nanotubes was in the range of 200-800nm,some reached up to more than 1000nm.
