摘要
利用同步电机功率因数可调性,调节球磨机励磁电流使线路cosφ接近1状态,从而达到球磨机和其线路节电,并和矿变电所的电容器配合,进行无功补偿的优化的目的。采取削峰填谷,改进生产工艺等措施,深挖节能潜力。
According to the synchronous motor power factor being attuned, a total of ball mill and its power line, which is adjusted by the ball mill's excitation current ,when the cos is close to 1 state,the power energy of the ball mill and its line is saved, and with its mine substation capacitors coordination, the reactive power compensation is optimized. With load shifting adopted, production process improved and other measures, the energy saving potential can be tapped.
