摘要
报道了苯和乙烯在 AEB型分子筛催化剂上进行液相烷基化反应合成乙苯的研究开发结果。通过研究反应温度、压力、苯 /乙烯摩尔比及空速等反应条件对烷基化反应过程的影响 ,确定了适当的反应条件。进行了苯和乙烯液相烷基化的 2 0 0 0 h活性稳定性试验 ,乙烯转化率、乙苯选择性、乙基化选择性分别平均为 1 0 0 %、94.5%和 99.0 %。进行了苯和多乙苯液相烷基转移反应的2 0 0 0 h活性稳定性试验 ,二乙苯转化率、多乙苯转化率、乙苯选择性分别平均为 75.5%、72 .7%和98.7%。结果表明 ,AEB型催化剂具有良好的活性、选择性和活性稳定性。开发了苯和乙烯液相烷基化反应的新工艺。完成了 50 0 kg催化剂的中试放大及新工艺的 40 0 t/a乙苯规模的中型试验工作。
Research and development results are reported for the synthesis of ethyl benzene by benzene alkylation with ethylene on AEB type zeolite catalyst in liquid phase. The influence of reaction conditions, including reaction temperature, pressure, benzene/ethylene molar ratio and space velocity, to reaction results was studied and the appropriate conditions were established. Activitystability experiment for the liquid phase alkylation of benzene with ethylene was proceeded for 2000hrs, the average values of ethylene conversion, ethylbenzene selectivity and ethylation selectivity were 100%, 94.5% and 99.0% respectively. Activitystability experiment for liquid phase transalkylation of benzene with multiethyl benzene was also conducted for 2000hrs, and the average values of diethyl benzene conversion, multiethyl benzene conversion and ethyl benzene selectivity were 75.5%, 72.7% and 98.7% respectively. These results showed that the AEB type catalyst has superior activity, selectivity and stability. A new process of liquid phase alkylation of benzene with ethylene was developed. The pilot plant scale up of 500kg catalyst was prepared, and the 400t/a pilot plant test was completed.
