摘要 YC21-1-4井是在莺琼盆地钻探的一口高温高压井,井深5250m,井底温度200℃。针对地层情况确定了一整套适应不同井段要求的钻井液体系,即φ660.4 mm井眼使用海水胍胶膨润土浆;φ508 mm井眼使用KCI/PHPA钻井液;φ374.65 mm和φ311.15 mm井眼使用QUADRILL高温钻井液;φ215.9 mm井眼使用ULTIDRILL合成基钻井液。配合使用了一定的工艺技术和先进的测试仪器。结果表明,该套钻井液体系抑制性强,具有抗高温、降滤失、稳定井壁的性能,满足了YC21-1-4井钻井施工的要求。 Well YC 21-1-4 is a well drilled in HTHP condition by Chevron, the total depth is 5250 m and bottom hole temperature is 200 C. Dowell provides the drilling fluid service, and several drilling fluid systems are selected for specific intervals, e. g. , guanidine bentonite mud prepared by sea water is used for the 660. 4 mm hole, and KCl/PHPA drilling fluid is used for 508 mm hole. A water based polyglycol drilling fluid, namely Quadrill is used in the high temperature environment of 374. 65 mm and 311. 15 mm hole; and in the 215. 9 mm hole, a synthetic based mud Ultidrill is used. The formulation and field performance for different systems is described in detail. Mud tests are conducted using advanced testing instruments, and the results show effective shale inhibition , good filtrate control and hole stability, and high temperature tolerance.
