摘要
新疆准噶尔盆地南缘地区安集海河组存在超高压、强造浆、强坍塌应力、复合离子污染等问题。分析了该地区易塌层段的粘土矿物组分、结构特性和物理化学特性以及存在的钻井液技术难题,研究出PRT防塌钻井液体系。评价了PRT体系的抗污染能力、性能稳定性、抑制性、封堵能力和失水造壁性能,介绍了PRT体系的维护处理措施,以及在安6井和吐谷1井的现场应用效果。结果表明,该钻井液体系具有抑制造浆、稳定井壁、润滑防卡、抗可溶性盐污染、流变性能好等特点,满足了准南地区复杂地层钻井的需要。
Abnormal high formation pore pressure and sloughing stress exist in the south area of Junggar Basin, and mud making and composite ion contamination is also remarkable in this area. An anti-sloughing drilling fluid system-PRT is developed, based on the analysis of clay mineral composition, structure, physical and chemical characteristics. This system is evaluated on its contamination resistance, stability, shale inhibition and plugging capacity, etc, and its field maintenance is also described. Field tests in two wells in this area prove its advantages over mud making and well stability control, good lubrication, salt resistance and excellent rheological property.
