摘要
目的:探讨针刺预处理对缺血再灌注大鼠心肌组织结构及血清SOD、MDA水平的影响。方法:高脂饮食喂养大鼠,用"推管法"制作心肌缺血再灌注大鼠动物模型,采用HE染色技术检测心肌组织结构,检测大鼠血清中SOD活性、MDA含量变化。结果:针刺预处理组大鼠较缺血再灌注组心脏组织病理改变明显减轻,SOD活性明显增加、MDA含量明显减低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:针刺预处理能有效的抑制缺血再灌注高脂血症大鼠心脏组织的病理改变、清除氧自由基,是减轻缺血再灌注对心肌损伤的可能机制。
Objective:To explore the changes of organization structure of cardiac muscle and SOD,MDA content in model rats with ischemic reperfusion injury hyperlipemia by acupuncture preconditioning.Methods:Establish ischemia reperfusion injury model rats by pushing tube.HE staining technique was used to examine the change of organization structure of myocadium.The SOD,MDA content was determined.Results:In comparison with IR group,the pathologic changes of organization structure of myocardium in Acupuncture Preconditioning group decreased more significantly,the SOD content increased more markedly,the MDA content decreased more markedly(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion:Acupuncture preconditioning can effectively cause the inhibition of the pathologic changes of organization structure of myocardium and clean out oxyradical,which may be the mechanism that acupuncture preconditioning reduces the injury of ischemic reperfusion.
