摘要
目的:分析影响针刺对小儿脑瘫伴听觉障碍患儿临床疗效的主要因素,为进一步采取干预措施提供依据。方法:以针刺治疗小儿脑瘫伴听觉障碍患儿60例作为研究对象,由20位资深专家确定听觉障碍患儿康复的指标并进行赋值,采用多因素Logistic回归分析小儿脑瘫伴听觉障碍患儿康复的影响因素。结果:患儿年龄、坚持治疗的时间、针灸治疗的同时辅以推拿治疗、医生8 h外专研针灸的时间是影响患儿康复的主要因素。结论:对小儿脑瘫伴听觉障碍的患儿早期诊断,早期治疗,坚持按疗程治疗,进行针灸治疗的同时辅以推拿治疗,强化医生的职业技能,能够促进小儿脑瘫伴听觉障碍患儿早日康复。
Objective：To analyze the influential factors’ of acupuncture for cerebral palsy children with hearing difficulties for clinical curative effect,and to provide evidence for the further intervention.Methods：Through the acupuncture treatment of cerebral palsy children with hearing difficulties 60 cases as the research object,20 senior experts determined hearing difficulties of the index and rehabilitation of children of the assignment,USES and many factors Logistic regression analysis for cerebral palsy children with hearing difficulties rehabilitation factors.Results：Children age,adhere to the treatment of time,under acupuncture treatment at the same time with massage therapy,the doctor eight hours outside of acupuncture and only time is the main factors for children of the recovery.Conclusion：We conclude that it is advisable to the cerebral palsy children with hearing difficulties for early diagnosis and early treatment,according to course of treatment;acupuncture treatment at the same time with massage therapy;Strengthening the doctor’s professional skills,promote cerebral palsy children with hearing difficulties to recover as soon as possible.
