摘要
为提高电加热采油工艺应用效果 ,研究了常规抽油井及各类电加热井的井筒温度分布曲线 .通过对各类井筒温度分布曲线的综合分析得出 :在电加热工艺选井方面 ,对高凝、高含蜡油井 ,应选择液量在 4 0 m3/ d以下且含水较低的井 ;而对于稠油井应选择供液能力较好且含水较低的井 .在选择加热方式、加热功率及加热深度时 ,应根据油井工况综合分析 ,结合各类电加热方式的不同特点 ,依据井筒温度分布曲线 ,合理设计各类电加热井的工作参数 .应用技术的研究与应用 ,较好解决了稠油及高凝高含蜡油的开采问题 .
In order to improve the result of electric heating oil production,the wellbore temperature distribution curves of conventional pumping wells and the curves of all kinds of electric heating wells are analysed.And it isconcluded that electric heating oil production should be applied in low water bearing wells,the liquid supply ability of high condensation point and high waxy oil wells can be less than 40m 3/d,and the liquid supply ability of viscous crude oil wells should be more than that.Electric heating manner,power and depth can be determined according to the integrated analysis of the characteristics of various electric heating manners and wellbore temperature distribution curves.
