摘要
[目的]探讨哮喘患儿诱导痰中基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平与哮喘不同控制水平的关系。[方法]收集在本院就诊的哮喘患儿82例,分为控制组(29例)、部分控制组(31例)、未控制组(22例),并同期设立对照组(27例),测定其诱导痰中MMP-9和ECP水平。[结果]哮喘患儿诱导痰中MMP-9和ECP水平随哮喘控制水平的不足而逐渐升高,且控制组、部分控制组、未控制组和对照组之间比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。未控制组、部分控制组、控制组患儿诱导痰中MMP-9、ECP水平呈正相关(r=0.62,P<0.05)。[结论]哮喘患儿诱导痰中MMP-9和ECP可反映哮喘不同控制水平,可能在哮喘患儿气道炎症和气道重塑的发生中起重要作用。
[ Objective ] To explore the correlation between sputum concentrations of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) in childhood asthma and the asthma control. [Methods] The concentrations of MMP-9 and ECP in induced sputum samples were measured from 82 asthmatic children of different levels of asthma control and 27 heathy children as a control group. [Results] The sputum concentrations of MMP-9 and ECP in induced sputum of asthmatic children were higher than those of normal group,and the concentrations of MMP-9 and ECP between controlled,partly controlled and uncontrolled groups were significantly different.It also showed a positive correlation between the level of MMP-9 and that of ECP(r=0.62). [Conclusions] MMP-9 and ECP concentrations can reflect the levers of asthma control and MMP-9 may play an important role in airway inflammation and airway remodeling.
