摘要
以某炮弹支撑传动机构中的直齿轮作为研究对象,应用ANSYS软件,在主动齿轮单齿啮合的最高点,对该齿轮进行了应力分析,阐述了齿轮有限元分析的方法,对计算结果进行分析,获得齿轮等效应力分布图。通过与传统的应力计算对比,表明分析过程中的模型处理、单元类型选择与网格划分、加载位置和方式等合理准确,分析结果正确,与实际情况相符,适用于工程实践中计算齿轮的静态应力。
By the application of Ansys software, spur gear of Certain cannonball support transmission mechanism in the highest point of the single- tooth meshing isanalyzed, the process of FEM is expatiated and distribution of the static stress is accessed. The calculation results show the method othandling model, choice of the element and loading and so on, are correct and reasonable. The result is consistent with the actualcircumstances.
