摘要
本文应用免疫酶组化技术、酸性-α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)染色对51例脑肿瘤进行研究,发现瘤内单个核细胞浸润率为50.98%(胶质瘤:42.86%)。浸润细胞中,T 细胞占45.77%。提示,细胞免疫在脑瘤局部免疫中起重要作用。推测,人工开放血脑屏障或促进瘤内浸润细胞的活化,有可能成为脑瘤免疫治疗的新途径。
Utilizing an indirect immunoperoxidase histo-chemistry and acid-α-naphthyl acetate erterase(ANAE)methods,semiquantitive MNC infiltrating inparaffin sections of 51 brain tumors(inducing 21gliomas)was investigated.Immunoglobulin levelsin the peripheral serum of patients were measuredby a single radial immunodiffusion assay,it wasfound that the incidence of MNC infiltration was50.98% in this series,and 42.86% in gliomas.Infiltrating cells,in which T lymphocytes had aproportion of 45.77%,IgA.IgG antibody-formingcells were obseed occasionally,mainly distributedthe pevasular areas MNC infiltating had noapparent correlation to size of the tumor andgradation of malignancy and was not found inperitumoral and non-tumoral regions.The resultsshowed that infiltrating MNCs were mainly Tlymphocytes,most of B lymphocytes were in non-activated state.This indicates the cell immunityplays an immportant role in local the immunityagainst brain tumors.Based on the presentinformation,it was assumed that eitherartificial opening of BBB or promoting intratumorallymphocyte transformation may become a newimmunotherapy to brain tumors.
