摘要
EC2— 2 74型透平膨胀机是天然气深冷处理装置的关键制冷设备。频繁的开机与停机、工艺气带液和润滑油受污染等 ,使膨胀机的动平衡出现故障 ,造成轴承推力面、主轴推力面和密封组件的严重损坏 ,结果机组不得不停止运转。通过故障原因分析和解体检查及维修 ,整个系统和主机的故障最终得到排除。检修后的运行表明 ,各项参数正常 ,检修获得成功。为保障机组安全平稳运行 ,减少或避免某些事故的发生 ,提出了防止固体杂质、水和重烃进入增压机 ,凝液进入润滑油罐和改善材质以保护主轴推力面等多项措施。
Dynamic balance fault of Model EC2—274 turbo expander results in serious damage of thrust faces of the bearing and principal axis and the seal set, thereby makes the machine stop running. The causes of the fault are investigated. By means of checking and repairing, the fault is clearing, and the machine runs normally again. Several measures for ensuring the machine running smoothly and safely are put forward.
