摘要
地面驱动单螺杆泵抽油杆失效类型有断杆、脱扣 ,以及抽油杆与接箍联接螺纹剪切破坏等。影响地面驱动单螺杆泵抽油杆失效的主要因素有杆柱安全系数小 ,抽油杆刚度差 ,砂卡及高粘油胶质沉积 ,过载保护不理想及配合螺纹精度低及接箍材料不合格等。提出应改进过载保护系统 ,正确设计抽油杆柱 ,合理选取有关参数 ,进行刚度校核及严把质量关 ,确保螺杆泵系统高效可靠地运行。
The causes for failure of sucker rod string on a surface driven single screw pump system are analyzed, including small safety coefficient of rod string, low rigidity, being stuck by sand and gum deposits of high viscosity crude, improper overload protection and unqualified material. Measures for preventing rod string failure are improving the overload protection system, designing rod string with rational parameters, checking the rigidity and verifying the quality of rod string.
