摘要
本文报告21例脑胶质瘤患者外周血 LAK 细胞活性的检测,结果表明,患者 LAK 细胞活性明显低于正常人(P<0.001);患者 LAK 细胞与 IL-2活性呈正相关(P<0.01);增加IL-2含量可使患者 LAK 细胞活性增高,但不能达到正常水平;患者血浆对正常人 LAK 细胞活性有明显抑制作用;手术前后对比 LAK 细胞活性明显增高(P<0.05)。
The peripheral blood LAK cells activity in 21patients with cerbrogliomas was studied.The resultsshowed the LAK cells activity wa significantlylower in the patients than normal controls(P<0.001),and it was positive correlation between the LAKcells activity and IL-2 activity(P<0.01).Incertain extent,the LAK cells activity of thepatients was increased by increasing IL-2 concen-tration,but it could not increaed to the normallevel.The plasma of the patients had an obviousinhibition to the LAK cells activity of normalpersons.The LAK cells activity was obviouslyincreased after opration.
