摘要
详细分析了氨合成塔进出料换热器外壁裂纹产生的原因 ,阐述了多层压力容器裂纹在厚度方向上的扩展特性 ,提出了预防此类裂纹的措施 ,并对产生裂纹的筒节进行了强度校核。
The occurring reason of outside wall crack on feed and exhaust exchanger for ammonia synthetic tower is analized in detail.The propagation feature of multi layer pressure vessel crack along the direction of thickness is mentioned.Some measures of preventing this category crack are given.The strength check of shells occurred cracks are conducted.The conclusion recognized that exchanger can operate safely contineously.
