摘要
建立测定益肝颗粒中五味子甲素质量浓度的方法.室温条件下超声提取五味子甲素,HPLC测定其质量浓度,SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱,以甲醇-水(87∶13)为流动相;检测波长为254 nm;柱温25℃;流速为1.0 mL/min;进样量10μL.五味子甲素进样量在0.2~1.0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;结果平均加样回收率为98.82%,(n=3),RSD为1.19%.该方法灵敏、准确、重复性好,可用于益肝颗粒的质量控制.
A method was determined to quantitative analyze the schisandrin A in the benefit liver particles. SinoChrom ODS - BP as chromatographic column, the mixture of methanol and water in a molar ratio of 87:13 as the mobile phase, at the bond of 254 nm, on 25℃, in a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and injection volume 10 μL, HPLC was carried out to determine the amount of schisandrin A that was obtained by ultrasonic method at room temperature. The result showed that there was a good linear relationship between the injection volume and area of bond, when the injection volume was in the range from 0.2 μg to 1.0 μg. The average resuits of injection volume recovery was 98.82% , ( n = 3 ) and the RSD was 1. 19%. The method was sensitive and accurate, showed a good repeatability, and thus it could be used for controlling the quality of the benefit liver particles.
