摘要
目的探讨测定基质金属蛋白酶1(MMP-1)水平对早期结核病的诊断价值。方法获取肺结核患者(20名)与健康人(20名)外周血淋巴细胞。分别用结核杆菌全菌与外周血淋巴细胞共培养12h,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测培养上清液中MMP-1与IFN-γ浓度。结果结核组MMP-1与IFN-γ浓度明显高于健康对照组(P<0.001),检测敏感度与特异度分别为(88.9%,100%)和(85.7%,100%)。结论 MMP-1释放反应对结核病具有临床诊断价值。MMP-1与IFN-γ联合测定对早期结核病诊断具有临床意义,可用于早期结核的鉴别诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of MMP-1 and IFN-γin vitro Release Test in diagnosis of early tuberculosis(TB).Methods The peripheral blood lymphocytes were collected from the patients with tuberculosis(tuberculosis group,n=20)and healthy controls(healthy control group,n=20).The lymphocytes were co-cultured for 12h with antigens.The protein levels of MMP-1 and IFN-γ were detected by ELISA.Results The protein levels of MMP-1 and IFN-γ in tuberculosis patients were significantly higher than those in healthy control group(P0.001),Sensitivity of the two indicators in the diagnosis of tuberculousis were 88.9% and 85.7% respectively.Spcecficity of the two indicators were was 100% and 100% respectively.Conclusion Combination of MMP-1 with IFN-γallow early detection of tuberculosis.
