摘要
通过观测光梗蒺藜草花器结构发现刺苞内有1枚~3枚或更多小穗,每小穗由2朵小花构成,第1小花是两性花,第2小花是雄花或中性,属于少有的雄花两性花型;两性花的花药极显著地小于雄性花的,但花粉活力一致,两性花在旗叶鞘包被下开放实现严格的自花授粉方式。光梗蒺藜草的开花顺序是从穗的顶部依次向下开放。来源于不同穗刺苞的长和宽随着刺苞内种子数(小穗数)的增加而显著增大;第1小穗第1小花所结种子的长宽和质量随着刺苞内小穗数的增加而显著增加,第2小穗第1小花所结种子的也有上述趋势。
Cenchrus incertus had 1~3 or more spikelets in a bur.Each spikelet had 2 florets.The first floret was hermaphrodite and the second is male floret or neuter flower.C.incertus was andromonoecious and self-pollination plant.The hermaphrodite anther was smaller than male floret significantly,but their pollen vitality was same.The floret opening order was usually from terminal down to basal.The size of burs from different spikes increased with seed number increase(p〈0.05).The first seed is dominant in size and quality in the burs with two or more seeds,and the more seeds number the bigger the first seed was.
