摘要 利用立体卷铁心变压器的结构特点,分析其节材节能。通过在一定的条件下的时比计算,得出立体卷铁心硅钢片用量比叠片铁心下降约23%,铁心质量的下降使得变压器空载损耗下降18%~28%。利用其空载损耗低的优势,在设计产品最优方案时,立体卷铁心变压器的成本将会大幅度下降。立体卷铁心变压器是一种节材节能效果非常突出的环保产品,尤其适合高标准、低损耗的领域。 Material and energy conservation of three-dimensional wound core transformers is analyzed in terms of its structural characteristics. By comparison and calculation on certain condition, it is concluded that silicon steel sheet of three-dimensional wound core is 23% less used than that of laminated core. The decreased core enables no load loss of transformers to drop by 18%-28%. Due to low no load loss, cost of three-dimensional wound core transformer can be significantly decreased during optimal scheme design. Three-dimensional wound core transformer is characterized by its material and energy conservation and is especially acceptable for high-standard and low-loss fields.
