摘要
环球大厦位于启东市的闹市区,交通拥挤,主楼有2层地下室,基坑开挖深度14m,局部坑深达18.8m;裙楼有1层地下室,基坑开挖深度5.6m。由于周边环境复杂,基坑开挖受到极大的限制。根据本工程的特点,经过多方案的反复比较,决定采用三轴水泥深层搅拌桩挡水,钢筋混凝土灌注桩加两道内支撑挡土的围护方案,并获得成功。实践证明,采用该技术经济合理,安全性能良好。
World-Wide House is lie in Qidong busy streets and have crowded traffic. The main building has two basement, foundation pit excavation depth is 14m, local pit depth reach to 18.8m; Podium has one store basement, and the foundation pit excavation depth is 5.6m. As the surrounding environment is complex, the foundation pit excavation was limited severely. According to the characteristics of this project, after many repeated comparison of the program, Decided to use three axis cement depth mixing pile to stop water,and reinforced concrete fill pile with two internal retaining support solutions,and success. Practice has proved that the use of the technology is economic and reasonable, and have good safety performance.
