摘要 21世纪的社会和科技正以惊人的速度发展,而其发展正迅速改变我们的日常生活,医学的发展随着社会和科技的发展也面临同样的问题.事实上,科技的发展之快使得我们甚至难以想象今后的医疗模式是什么样子.随着社会发展、饮食结构的改变、人口老龄化的加剧,血管疾病的疾病谱发生了较大的改变,以动脉粥样硬化闭塞症（ASO）为主的周围动脉性疾病的发病率正逐年上升,已成为危害人类健康的重要疾病之一.
